利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑外伤后精神障碍患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑外伤后精神障碍患者的临床效果。方法以2018年1月至2019年7月医院收治的脑外伤后精神障碍90例作为研究的对象,然后按照住院号单双数将之分为两组,每组45例,对照组给予利培酮治疗,观察组给予利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组PANSS总分为(57.30±5.16)分,低于对照组的(69.25±5.84)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面,观察组为77.78%,与对照组的53.33%对比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在TESS评分方面,观察组为(8.12±2.17)分,低于对照组的(10.62±2.39)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,观察组为4.44%,低于对照组的26.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑外伤后精神障碍疾病患者的临床疗效显著,不良反应轻微,安全高效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of risperidone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of post-traumatic mental disorder.Methods A total of 84 cases of post-traumatic mental disorder in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to the number of hospitalization,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,while the observation group was treated with risperidone combined with sodium valproate.The therapeutic effects and adverse effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total score of PANSS in the observation group was(57.30±5.16),lower than that in the control group(69.25±5.84),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the total effective rate of treatment,77.78%in the observation group was significantly higher than 53.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On TESS score,the observation group had(8.12±2.17)points,lower than the control group(10.62±2.39)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group had 4.44%,lower than the control group's 26.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with sodium valproate is effective,safe and effective in the treatment of mental disorders after brain trauma.
