摘　　要：本研究在考察广州市独角兽企业发展现状的基础上,分析总结了广州市在独角兽企业培育和发展过程中存在的薄弱环节及其原因,提出了广州加快培育和发展独角兽企业的政策建议。研究认为,尽管广州市独角兽企业成长迅猛,行业分布具有明显的聚焦度和凝聚力,但也存在与第一梯队城市相比差距较大、同质化竞争现象明显、相关政策缺乏针对性和聚焦度等一系列问题。针对这些问题,本研究提出了明确战略定位、创新"科技金融"服务机制、推动形成产学研结合的协同创新模式、保持人才政策长期性和稳定性以及构建服务型政府等一系列政策建议。Based on the investigation of unicorn enterprises in Guangzhou,this study analyzes and summarizes the development status of unicorn enterprises in the city.It points out the weak links and causes in the cultivation and development of unicorn enterprises and puts forward a series of countermeasures.According to the research,although unicorn enterprises in Guangzhou grow rapidly,the industrial distribution lacks diversity.There is an obvious degree of focus and cohesion,and homogenized competition is severe for there is a large gap compared with the first-tier cities.In view of these problems,this study puts forward a clear strategic positioning by giving full play to Guangzhou’s role as a manufacturing and foreign trade city,making good use of its traditional advantages,optimizing the main structure of innovation,innovating the financial support mode,implementing stable talent policies and promoting the transformation of administrative functions.
