《圣济总录》中疫疠易发时段与五运六气的变化关系

摘　　要：《圣济总录》是国内现存最早由政府组织医家编纂的综合性医学著作,由宋徽宗敕编,该著共200卷,卷1-2首列运气篇,篇首均列干支纪年的运气图。该著疫疠易发时段与五运六气相关的发病观与《黄帝内经》一脉相承,总结了六十甲子周期的五运六气各时段气候变化对人体疾病的影响及防治方法,详细记载了疫疠易发时段、病因病机及用药性味规律等。本文从六十甲子周期中疫疠易发时段与五运的关系、与六气的关系、与“火”所主时段的关系三个方面对疫疠易发时段及病因病机进行研究,发现疫疠易发时段与岁运、主运、客运、主气、客气、司天在泉之气的五行属性相关,并与五行属“火”时段关系密切,其易发时段在二之气春分至小满之间占50%、初之气大寒至春分和终之气小雪至大寒之间各占25%,本研究对于温疫类烈性传染性疾病的防治具有重要的现实意义。Sheng Ji Zonglu(General Records of Holy Universal Relief)is the earliest comprehensive medical work compiled by the government in China,in accordance with the royal order of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty.The book consists of 200 volumes,while for the first time chapters about evolutive phases and climatic factors are included in the first two volumes and corresponding graphs in a sixty year cycle are presented at the opening of each chapter.With its origin the same as that in Huangdi Neijing,the work summarizes the effects of climate change on human diseases and the prevention and treatment methods in the different periods of the sixty-year-old cycle,and records in detail the regular periods of time for an epidemic to break out,their etiologies and pathogeneses,and medication laws.In this paper,the regualr periods of time and their etiologies and pathogeneses are studied from the following three aspects:their relationship with the fi ve evolutive phrases,their relationship with the six climatic factors,and their relationship with the“fi re-dominated”periods in a sixty-year-old cycle.It is found that the regular period of time for an epidemic disease is related to the attributes of the fi ve elements of the year,and is closely related to the“fi re”period of the fi ve stages.It is calculated that the incidence of epidemic diseases accounts for 50%during Spring Equinox and Lesser Fullness,for 25%respectively during Great Cold and Spring Equinox,Light Snow and Great Cold.This study is supposed to have an important practical signifi cance for the prevention and treatment of severe infectious disease.
