摘　　要：开放教育教材信息化管理主要是发挥信息化管理系统的功能,注重发挥系统的实践作用。针对抚顺开放大学的远程教育信息化管理模式,需要结合目前教育教学体制和远程教育的特点,要充分满足对教材信息化管理的需求,达到管理目标。基于此,将从开放教育教材信息化管理方面进行研究,在学校内建立开放式教育教材信息化管理平台。Information management of open education teaching materials is to give full play to the function of information management system, and attach importance to the practice of the system. In accordance with the information management mode of distance education of Fushun Open University, it needs to combine with the present education teaching system and the characteristics of distance education, fully meet the demand for the information management of teaching materials, and achieve the management goal. The paper discusses the construction of open information management platform of teaching materials.
