摘　　要：招生是高等教育的开端,而就业则有导向招生的重要作用。高校招生计划的制定在一定程度上需要参考就业质量,科学的招生计划的目的就是要实现招生促进培养、培养促进就业、就业促进招生的可持续发展的模式。讨论了现在的高校招生制度、高校招生制度对就业的影响和以就业质量为指引来不断完善高校招生计划制度。Enrollment is the beginning of higher education, while employment has an important role in guiding enrollment. The formulation of college enrollment plan must consult the employment quality, and the purpose of scientific enrollment plan is to achieve the sustainable development mode of promoting cultivation with enrollment, promoting employment with cultivation and promoting enrollment with employment. This paper discusses the current college enrollment system, the impact of college enrollment system on employment, and the improvement of college enrollment plan and system guided by employment quality.
