摘　　要：离网型光伏储能系统的经济性主要体现在全系统成本与投资收益的对比关系上。通过构建基于电力系统发电侧、电网、用户以及社会的户用离网型光伏储能系统价值评估体系,提出了能够有效计算储能价值的评估模型。在此基础上,选取具有典型用电量小型用户进行价值分析。研究结果表明:安装离网型光伏储能系统对用户自身而言投资收益并不明显,但对于整个社会的系统价值是巨大的。离网型光储系统不仅可以方便用户用电问题,而且在减少电网扩建、降低发电机组成本以及节能减排等方面也有很大贡献。从长远看,光伏系统以及储能系统成本下降,对其经济性的提高有很大的影响。但目前需要国家提供补贴等方式来提高离网系统的初期投资收益。The economy of off-grid photovoltaic energy storage system is mainly reflected in the comparison between the whole system cost and investment income.By constructing the value evaluation system of household off-grid photovoltaic energy storage system based on generation side,power grid,users and society,an evaluation model which can effectively calculate the energy storage value was proposed.Moreover,small users with typical power consumption were selected for value analysis.The results show that the installation of off-grid photovoltaic energy storage system is not obvious for users,but it is of great value to the whole society.Off-grid optical storage system can not only facilitate users to use electricity,but also reduce power grid expansion,reduce generator unit cost and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.In the long run,the cost reduction of photovoltaic system and energy storage system has a great impact on its economy,however,it is now necessary to improve the initial investment income of off-grid system through government subsidies.
