新时代推进工会院校改革的几点思考

摘　　要：工会院校作为工会文化教育事业的重要组成部分,是工会干部教育培训的主阵地。随着群团改革不断深入推进和事业单位深化改革,推动工会院校改革成为适应新形势、新任务的必然要求。工会院校应充分发挥工会教育事业的教育职能,紧紧围绕党和国家的工作大局及工会的重点工作,围绕增“三性”、去“四化”,加强师资、课程、研究等基础性建设,进一步优化工会院校的布局和机构,积极探索工会干部教育培训及职工教育的改革与创新。As an important part of trade union culture and education,trade union colleges are the main positions for the training of trade union cadres.With the continuous deepening of the reform of mass organizations and public institutions,trade union colleges also need to adapt to the new situation and new tasks.They should give full play to the educational function,closely focus on the overall work of the party and the state,and the key work of trade unions,follow their"three natures"and removing the"four common problems",strengthen the basic construction of teachers,courses,and research,optimize the layout and organization,and explore the reform and innovation of trade union cadre training and employees'education.
