摘　　要：科学、有效的评价博士生教育质量,保障博士生的权益,是博士生教育的关键,而博士生感知质量是博士生教育质量最显性、最直观的体现。以往对博士生教育质量的评价主要源于教育行政部门,这种评价往往忽视了博士生的主体感知性,在教育质量改进上往往会产生偏差。博士生感知教育服务质量理论框架和评价体系的构建,打破了传统的博士生教育质量评价的局限,开创了以博士生为主体的服务质量评价新模式。以质量特征、质量要求及满足程度为分析路径,从有形性、可靠性、响应性、关怀性、保证性五个维度解读博士生教育服务质量的生成规律,明晰其质量生成中的重要指标、关键环节,以期为评价博士生教育质量提供更为有效的分析工具。It is the most important thing in evaluating doctoral education that the students perceived the quality of doctoral education.In the past,the evaluation of doctoral education quality mainly comes from the educational administrative department,which often ignores the subjective perception of doctoral students and tends to produce deviations in the improvement of educational quality.The construction of the theoretical framework and evaluation system of doctoral students’perception of education service quality breaks the limitation of traditional evaluation of doctoral education quality.It creates a new model of service quality evaluation by students.Its analysis path is quality characteristics,quality requirements and satisfaction degree.The model has five dimensions.They are tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,empathy,assurance.In order to provide a more effective analysis tool for evaluating the quality of doctoral education,this paper interprets the generating rules of doctoral education service quality from five dimensions and clarifies the important indicators and key links in the quality generation.
