摘　　要：糖尿病(diabetes mellitus, DM)是一种影响全身的慢性代谢性疾病。对全身大血管及微血管的损害,一直被临床医师所关注。DM对眼部微血管的影响为血流灌注的影响,即血管的血流动力学的变化及对血管的器质性损害。其对于眼部血流灌注的影响集中体现于视网膜及脉络膜血管,本文就糖尿病对于视网膜及脉络膜的血液灌注的影响作一综述。Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a chronic metabolic disease affecting the whole body. The damage to the body’s large blood vessels and microvessels has always been concerned by clinicians. The influence of diabetes on the ocular microvessels is the influence of blood perfusion, that is, the hemodynamics of blood vessels and the organic damage to blood vessels. Its influence on ocular blood perfusion is mainly reflected in retinal and choroidal blood vessels. This article reviews the influence of diabetes mellitus on retinal and choroidal blood perfusion.
