摘  要:以玉米淀粉(St)为原料,2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为接枝单体,硝酸铈铵(CAN)为引发剂,合成三元阳离子接枝淀粉St-g-PDMC-co-PAM。当m(St):m(AM):m(DMC)=1:0.2:0.8,m(St):m(CAN)=1:0.3,反应温度60℃,反应时间4 h时,产物的氮含量为4.38%,Zeta电位为34.42 mV。考察了投加量、水样pH、高岭土初始浓度、絮凝温度和静置时间对絮凝效果的影响,实验结果表明,当投加量为8 mg/L,水样pH=7,絮凝温度25℃,静置时间1 h时,质量分数为2%的高岭土悬浊液经过絮凝后,上清液的透光率可达91.41%。通过对上清液zeta电位和透光率的关系研究,发现St-g-PDMC-co-PAM的絮凝机理主要为电中和作用。A kind of ternary cationic grafted starch St-g-PDMC-co-PAM was synthesized with corn starch(St) as raw material,2-methylacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC) and acrylamide(AM) as grafting monomers and ammonium ceric nitrate(CAN) as initiator.When m(St):m(AM):m(DMC)=1:0.2:0.8,m(St):m(CAN)=1:0.3,reaction temperature 60 oC and reaction time 4h,the nitrogen content and Zeta potential of the product synthesized under these conditions was 4.38% and 34.42 mV,respectively.The effects of pH value,initial concentration,flocculation temperature and settling time on the flocculation efficiency to kaolin suspension were investigated.The results showed that when pH=7,flocculation temperature 25 oC and settling time 1h,the light transmittance of the supernatant of 2%(mass fraction) kaolin suspension after flocculating with 8 mg/L St-g-PDMC-co-PAM could reach 91.41%.Through the study of zeta potential and transmittance of the supernatant,it is found that the flocculation mechanism of St-g-PDMC-co-PAM was mainly charge neutralization effect.
