摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究探索全球健康危机下公众的信息搜寻、加工行为与情感、认知的影响机制,是对风险信息搜寻与加工模型的扩展,并且能为政府应急管理和个体自我调节提供决策依据。[方法/过程]以新冠疫情为背景,构建全球健康危机下公众信息搜寻行为、信息加工行为、情感和认知的影响机制概念模型,采集调查问卷数据,利用结构方程模型进行实证检验。[结果/结论]全球健康危机下,公众的风险感知正向影响消极初始情感;消极初始情感和现有知识水平感知正向影响信息不足感知;信息不足感知正向影响信息搜寻行为和系统式信息加工行为,负向影响启发式信息加工行为;信息搜寻行为和系统式信息加工行为正向影响消极情感反应和消极认知反应,启发式信息加工行为负向影响消极情感反应,对消极认知反应影响不显著。[Purpose/Significance]This study explores the influence mechanism of public affect,cognition,information seeking and processing behavior under the global health crisis,which is an extension of the Risk Information Seeking and Processing Model,and can provide decision-making basis for government emergency management and individual selfregulation.[Method/Process]Based on the COVID-19 epidemic health crisis,the influence mechanism model of the public affect,cognition,information seeking and processing behavior was constructed,and the questionnaire data were collected and tested empirically by structural equation model.[Result/Conclusion]Under the global health crisis,the risk perception positively affects the negative initial affect;Negative initial affect and perceived current knowledge positively affect information insufficiency;Information insufficiency positively affects information seeking and systematic processing,while negatively affects heuristic information processing behavior;Information seeking and systematic processing positively affect negative affective response and cognitive response,while heuristic information processing negatively affects negative affective response,but has no significant effect on negative cognitive response.
