摘　　要：本文从管理改革、经费投入、资助方式等方面对宁夏自然科学基金发展现状进行梳理,并对2017—2019年自然科学基金项目从项目类型、学科分布、成果产出情况进行统计分析,认为宁夏自然科学基金存在管理服务不够精细、基础研究力量薄弱、评价激励机制不完善等问题,并提出要进一步加强项目管理、建设基础力量、完善评价激励机制、强化交流合作等针对性建议。This paper attempts to sort out the development status of Nature Science Fund of Ningxia from the aspects of management reform,funding investment,funding channels,and make a statistical analysis of the project type,discipline distribution,and achievement output of the Nature Science Fund of China from 2017 to 2019.It is believed that the Nature Science Fund of Ningxia has problems such as insufficient management services,weak basic research capability,and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism.Four targeted suggestions are put forward on further strengthening project management,cultivating basic research capability,perfecting evaluation and incentive mechanism,and enhancing exchanges and cooperation.
