基于社会资本视角分析农户参与村庄基础设施管护意愿影响因素

摘　　要：村庄基础设施管护是全面推进乡村振兴的重要基础。基于社会资本视角,利用甘肃省样本农户数据,采用有序Logistic回归模型,运用SPSS 25.0软件对农户参与村庄基础设施管护意愿影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明,组织信任、一般信任、互惠参与、村庄凝聚力对农户参与村庄基础设施管护意愿有显著正影响,而公共意识、政治意识对农户参与村庄基础设施管护意愿影响不显著。并提出加大宣传培训力度、加强村两委队伍建设、挖据培育良性村庄社会资本、推进村民自治与公共事务治理规范化等对策建议。Village infrastructure is an important foundation for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Based on the perspective of social capital,this paper used sample farmer household data in Gansu province,adopt an ordered logistic regression model,and used SPSS25.0 software to conduct an empirical study on the factors affecting farmers'willingness to participate in the management and protection of village infrastructure.The results showed that organizational trust,general trust,reciprocal participation and village cohesion have significant positive impact on farmers'willingness,while the impact of public awareness and political awareness is not significant.Some suggestions were put forward from four aspects:intensifying publicity and training,strengthening the construction of the two village committees,digging out evidence to cultivate benign village social capital,promoting the standardization of villager autonomy and public affairs governance.
