摘  要:针对重型燃气轮机透平气缸、燃烧室兼压气机气缸、压气机气缸等铸件的技术要求、零件结构、生产难点,重点研究开发了大型燃气轮机气缸的铸造工艺,并在生产中加以应用,一次性成功生产了合格的重型燃气轮机气缸铸件,提高了大型燃气轮机铸件的自产率,提升了企业大型燃气轮机铸件制造的核心竞争力和影响力。For heavy duty gas turbine,compressor,combustion chamber and turbine cylinder compressor cylinder cylinder castings such as the structure,technical requirements,parts production difficulties,focus on research and development of large gas turbine cylinder casting technology,and application in production,one-time success produced qualified heavy duty gas turbine cylinder castings,increase the rate of the large gas turbine castings produced,The core competitiveness and influence of large gas turbine casting manufacturing have been enhanced.
