调脾养胃汤加减联合雷贝拉唑治疗湿热壅滞型反流性胃炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨湿热壅滞反流性胃炎患者调脾养胃汤并雷贝拉唑治疗效果情况。方法:将2017年11月-2019年11月在威海市妇幼保健院收治的100例湿热壅滞反流性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组给予雷贝拉唑,观察组给予调脾养胃汤加减并雷贝拉唑联合,将两组总有效率和炎症因子水平记录和对比。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组,观察组白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)水平为(10.45±1.58)ng/L、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平为(13.82±2.31)ng/L及血清胃动素(Motilin,MTL)为(271.24±19.46)ng/L均低于对照组,观察组胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)(103.21±10.64)ng/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予湿热壅滞型反流性胃炎患者调胃养胃汤加减并雷贝拉唑联合治疗方案,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,有效缓解炎性症状。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tiaopi Yangwei decoction(调脾养胃汤)and Rabeprazole in patients with damp-heat and stagnation reflux gastritis.Methods:100 patients with damp-heat and stagnation reflux gastritis treated in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Rabeprazole and the observation group was given Tiaopi Yangwei decoction combined with Rabeprazole,the effective rates and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The level of interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group was(10.45±1.58)ng/L and the level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)was(13.82±2.31)ng/L and serum motilin(MTL)was(271.24±19.46)ng/L,which were lower than those in the control group.Gastrin(GAS)(103.21±10.64)ng/L in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaowei Yangwei decoction combined with Rabeprazole can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and effectively relieve the symptoms of inflammation in the treatment of patients with damp-heat and stagnation reflux gastritis.
