摘　　要：目的:探索对卵黄囊肠导管畸形合并脐尿管未闭导致肠梗阻的患者的有效护理措施。方法:对1例卵黄囊肠导管畸形合并脐尿管未闭导致肠梗阻的患者,积极处理术后并发症,做好管道护理和皮肤护理,控制腹腔感染,给予营养支持,采用中西医结合及情志护理减轻患者疼痛度,提高治疗的依存性;加强后给予延续性护理。结果:护理过程中,有效地减轻了患者疼痛;术后13 d,患者病情治愈,顺利出院,出院后随访半年,状况良好。结论:提出对此类患者需做好围手术期引流管护理、营养管理、皮肤管理、疼痛管理、功能锻炼管理、下肢深静脉血栓管理,有助于改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the effective nursing measures for the patients with intestinal obstruction caused by vitelline sac intestinal duct malformation combined with patent urachal duct closure.Methods:1 patient with intestinal obstruction due to vitellosac intestinal catheter malformation combined with urachus patentus was treated with postoperative complications,good pipeline care and skin care,control of abdominal infection,and nutritional support.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and emotional nursing were used to reduce pain and improve the dependence of treatment.Give continuous nursing care after strengthening.Results:in the course of nursing,the patient’s pain was alleviated effectively.13 days after the operation,the patient was cured and discharged from the hospital smoothly.The patient was followed up for half a year and was in good condition.Conclusion:It is suggested that perioperative drainage tube nursing,nutrition management,skin management,pain management,functional exercise management and management of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities should be done for these patients,which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
