摘  要:动力电池是纯电动汽车重要的储能元件,在电动汽车日常运行中,锂离子电池工作性能与工作温度密切相关,由于充放电时,电池会产生大量的热量,而这些热量的积聚直接导致了电池温度的升高,极大影响了电池性能,因此,锂离子动力电池组散热结构优化十分必要。基于此,本文首先介绍了纯电动汽车动力电池组热管理系统,对锂离子动力电池组热特性进行了分析,在此基础上对动力电池组散热结构进行了设计和优化。The power battery is an important energy storage element for pure electric vehicles. In the daily operation of electric vehicles, the working performance of lithium-ion batteries is closely related to the working temperature. Because the battery will generate a lot of heat during charging and discharging, and the accumulation of this heat directly As a result, the temperature of the battery increases,which greatly affects the performance of the battery. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the heat dissipation structure of the lithium-ion power battery pack. Based on this, this paper firstly introduces the thermal management system of the power battery pack for pure electric vehicles, analyzes the thermal characteristics of the lithium-ion power battery pack, and designs and optimizes the heat dissipation structure of the power battery pack on this basis.
