In multi-object multi-sensor tracking issue, aimed at the increasing quantity of the targets and the sensors, and the limit of sensor resources and transmission energy consumption,it is significant to optimize the sensor management strategy and the structure of the information fusion system.Meanwhile, with the development of network cooperative operations in military area, and increasing requirement of battlefield situation awareness,it is necessary to embed the threat degree of non-cooperative targets into the thinking scope of sensor management.A sensor management optimization method based on the threat degree is proposed.A reward function is set in the method, integrated with Rényi information increment and threat degree. With the optimization purpose of a maximum reward function, the sensor resource allocation is carried out.Simulation experiment result shows that the method can make full use of the sensor resources.By data fusion, the overall tracking performance is enhanced, and the tracking error of the important and high-threat targets is reduced.
