摘　　要：幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)是导致慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡以及胃癌的重要因素。老年人的Hp感染率较高,而且因胃黏膜屏障功能低下、肝肾等重要脏器功能衰退、常同时服用多种药物等因素影响了Hp感染的诊治。本文就老年人Hp感染的进展做一综述,以期协助临床医生更好地选择诊断方法和治疗方案。Helicobacter pylori(Hp) is an important pathogenic factor of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.The Hp infection rate in elderly is higher than that in other populations.But the diagnosis and treatment of Hp infection are affected due to the damage of gastric mucosa barrier, the compromise function of liver and kidney, and due to the multiple drugs taken by the elderly at the same period.This article reviews the progress of Hp infection in the elderly in order to assit physicians in the selection of efficient diagnosis methods and treatment plans.
