高职院校旅游管理专业顶岗实习模式的构建——基于利益相关者和PDCA循环理论视角

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养的必修课,高职旅游管理专业的顶岗实习有其特殊性。在职教改革的大背景下,基于已有研究结果和学校顶岗实习实际情况,借鉴利益相关者和PDCA循环理论的思想,构建高职院校旅游管理专业顶岗实习的“三三一”模式——三主体:学生、企业、学校;三阶段:顶岗实习前计划准备、顶岗实习中管理指导、顶岗实习后总结评价;一循环:第一周期的顶岗实习结束后为第二周期的顶岗实习提供反馈和改进意见——以期对高职院校旅游管理专业顶岗实习的顺利开展提供参考。Internship is a required course for skill training at the higher vocational colleges.Under the background of in-service education reform,and based on the existing research results and the actual situation of on-the-job practice in the school,learn from the ideas of stakeholders and PDCA cycle theory,constructing a new model of Post Practice for Tourism Management Major at the higher vocational colleges.In order to provide reference for the smooth development of post practice of Tourism Management Specialty in higher vocational colleges.
