摘  要:建立一种凤香型基酒密度和粘度指标的快速分析模型,以期为基酒真实性判别提供一种方法参考。利用近红外光谱技术对样品进行光谱扫描,并结合常规分析方法,通过相关建模软件和算法最终建立了其定量分析模型。结果表明,所建模型的线性关系较好,且各模型内部参数RMSEC和RMSECV值均较小,说明模型的质量较好;另取验证样品对模型进行外部验证,通过与常规分析方法的检测结果进行比较,各模型预测的平均相对误差均小于0.2%,同时两种方法的检测值之间均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),说明模型具有较好的预测能力。In order to establish the rapid analysis models of density and viscosity in the base liquor,which can provide methods references for judging the base liquor authenticity.NIR combined with conventional analytical methods were used to treat the NIR maps of the samples,and finally establish the models by the relevant modeling softwares and algorithms.The results showed that R2 of the models were relatively good,and the models parameters of RMSEC and RMSECV were relatively small,it indicated that the qualities of the models were relatively good.Moreover,another samples were taken to do external validations of the models,and the results were compared with those of conventional analytical methods,it showed that the average relative errors of the models were less than 0.2%,and two sets of data relatively had no significant difference(P>0.05),which indicated that the models had relatively good prediction abilities.
