特长隧道TBM仰拱预制块质量控制要点分析——以新疆天山胜利隧道为例

摘　　要：隧道仰拱作为衬砌结构的重要组成部分,对于提升隧道耐久性和施工安全性有着重要意义。仰拱预制块制作具有质量好、速度快、工艺简单的特点,通过工厂预制、现场安装的方式,能够有效提高施工效率。文章介绍了新疆天山胜利隧道TBM掘进段仰拱预制块施工质量控制要点,适用于该项目TBM掘进段施工,提高了服务隧道仰拱施工质量及工效,能为今后特长隧道TBM掘进施工提供参考。As an important part of lining structure,the inverted arch of the tunnel is of great significance to improve tunnel durability and construction safety.The production of inverted arch prefabricated blocks has the characteristics of good quality,high speed and simple process.Through factory prefabrication and site installation,the construction efficiency can be effectively improved.This paper introduces the construction quality control points of the inverted arch prefabricated blocks in the TBM excavation section of Shengli Tunnel in Tianshan,Xinjiang,which is suitable for the construction of the TBM excavation section of the project,improves the construction quality and work efficiency of the inverted arch of the service tunnel,and can provide references for the TBM excavation construction of extra-long tunnels in the future.
