贵阳市某高校公用洗衣机微生物污染状况调查

摘　　要：通过调查贵阳市某高校学生宿舍公用洗衣机微生物污染情况,为宿舍公用洗衣机的消毒管理及合理使用提供参考依据。连续4个月对贵阳市某高校学生宿舍公用洗衣机进行采样(共计88台),对公用洗衣机内筒的细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌及真菌总数4种卫生指标进行检测及评价。经检测,公用洗衣机内筒的细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌和真菌总数的总合格率分别为78.41%、90.91%、98.86%和85.23%;气温变化对4个指标的合格率无显著影响(P>0.050);宿舍类型对细菌总数和大肠菌群合格率具有显著影响(P<0.050)。研究表明,贵阳市某高校学生宿舍公用洗衣机存在微生物污染,甚至有致病菌存在,相关部门需加强学生宿舍公用洗衣机的管理,学生也要合理规范使用公用洗衣机,以保障良好的公共洗衣环境卫生。To understand the microbial contamination of public washing machines in a college dormitory in Guiyang City,and to provide reference for the disinfection management of public washing machines in the dormitory and the rational use,the total number of bacteria,coliform bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus and fungi in the washers were detected,and the test samples from 88 washing machines for 4 consecutive months.The total qualified rates of total bacteria,coliform,Staphylococcus aureus and fungi in the inner tube of public washing machine were 78.41%,90.91%,98.86%and 85.23%,respectively.There was no statistical significance in the effect of temperature change on the qualified rate of the four indexes(P>0.050).There was statistical significance in the influence of dormitory type on the total number of bacteria and the qualified rate of coliform group(P<0.050).The public washing machines in a college dormitory in Guiyang City are contaminated with microorganisms and even pathogenic bacteria.The relevant departments should strengthen the management of the public washing machines in the student dormitory,and students should use the public washing machines reasonably and normatively to ensure good public washing environment hygiene.
