摘　　要：文章提出对旅游礼仪课程传统的教学方法和考核方式进行改革,采用角色扮演教学法、人体雕塑教学法、纠错教学法等互动性较强的教学方法及“一表现两水平”的考核方式,提高旅游礼仪课程教学效果。In this paper, in order to promote the teaching effect, traditional teaching methods and examination methods of “travel etiquette” are reformed and interactive teaching methods are adopted innnovatively. Such as role-playing teaching method, human body sculpture teaching method, error correction teaching method and other effective teaching methods. and also usees the assessment method of “one performance and two levels”.
