摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)自噬相关基因5(Ate)蛋白、高尔基体跨膜糖蛋白73(GP73)、埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)阳性表达意义及与临床病理特征、预后的相关性.方法选取2010年1月~2014年8月我院HCC患者104例作为研究对象,收集患者术后HCC组织及对应癌旁组织病理学标本,石蜡切片包埋,行免疫组织化学染色法检测.分析HCC组织与癌旁组织中Atg5、GP73及Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率及与HCC临床病理特征相关性、Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析Atg5、GP73及Ezrin蛋白表达与HCC预后相关性.结果HCC组织中Atg5蛋白、Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同淋巴结转移及血管侵犯情况癌组织Atg5、GP73及Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤越大、AFP水平及TNM分期越高GP73及Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率越高(P<0.05);且癌组织中GP73蛋白、Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率在不同肿瘤分化程度间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Atg5蛋白、GP73蛋白、Ezrin蛋白阳性表达患者中位生存时间为分别为29.84个月、35.62个月、30.54个月,短于阴性表达患者(P<0.05).结论Atg5、GP73、Ezrin蛋白在HCC患者中存在高表达情况,且与临床病理特征关系密切,可通过检测3种蛋白阳性表达水平评估预后情况,并完善针对性治疗方案以改善病情.Objective To explore the positive expression o£autophagy-related gene 5(Atg5)protein,Golgi transmembrane glycoprot&n 73(GP73),and Ezrin in Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods From January 2010 to August 2014,104 patients with HCC in our hospital were selected as the research objects,the pathological specimens of HCC and its adjacent tissues were collected,embedded in paraffin section and detected by immunohistochemical staining.To analyze the positive expression rate of ATG5,GP73 and Ezrin protein in HCC tissue and paracancerous tissue and the correlation with HCC clinicopathological characteristics,Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the correlation of Atg5,GP73 and Ezrin protein expression with HCC prognosis.Results The positive expression rate of Atg5 protein and Ezrin protein in HCC tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were statistically-significant differences in the positive expression rates of Atg5,GP73,and Ezrin proteins in cancer tissues with different lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion(P<0.05);The larger the tumor,the higher the AFP level and the higher the TNM stage,the higher the positive expression rate of GP73 and Ezrin protein(P<0.05);And the positive expression rate of GP73 protein and Ezrin protein in cancer tissues was different between different tumor differentiation levels,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The median survival time of patients with positive expression of Atg5 protein,GP73 protein and Ezrin protein were 29.84 months,35.62 months,and 30.54 months respectively,the time was shorter than that in patients with negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion Atg5,GP73,and Ezrin proteins are highly expressed in patients with HCC and are closely related to clinicopathological characteristics,the prognosis can be assessed by detecting the positive expression levels of the three proteins,and targeted treatment p
