摘　　要：基于新工科背景下,以协同教育人才培养为目标,通过产学研协同育人战略,结合广西地区经济发展对高分子材料与工程专业创新型人才的迫切需求,制定基于“学校、企业及研究院所”的协同育人平台人才培养方案,构建创新教育课程体系,完善创新人才培养计划的运行管理机制、课程改革、师资队伍建设及多元评价体系。建立由学校、企业及研究院所协同参与的多层次创新型协同育人平台,提升学生的创新能力和实践能力,推进创新型协同育人培养机制,为高分子材料与工程专业的人才培养提供方案和依据,同时为“新工科”建设和发展也起到一定的支撑和推动作用。Based on the background of new engineering,with the goal of collaborative education talent training,through the collaborative education strategy of industry,university and research,and in combination with the urgent demand for innovative talents of postgraduates majoring in material science and engineering in Guangxi economic development,formulate the talent training scheme of collaborative education platform based on“schools,enterprises and research institutes”,and construct the curriculum system of innovative education,Improve the operation and management mechanism,curriculum reform,teacher team construction and diversified evaluation system of innovative talent training plan.Establish a multi-level innovative collaborative education platform for postgraduates with the collaborative participation of schools,enterprises and research institutes,improve the innovative and practical ability of postgraduates,promote the innovative collaborative education and training mechanism,provide a scheme and basis for the talent training of polymer materials and engineering,and also play a certain supporting and promoting role for the construction and development of“new engineering”.
