摘 要:秸秆板作为木质人造板的一种同类替代产品,满足了绿色节能的要求,且解决了我国秸秆回收利用,降低农业碳排放的需求。就国内外近20年来在秸秆板原料比例大小的改进、秸秆预处理的改进、秸秆板胶合强度的改善、秸秆板使用压制工艺的改进和同时多项工艺改进等的研究进展进行了总结归纳,并针对存在的问题提出了改进方向,以期在实际应用中为提高我国秸秆板的物理性能,降低其成本提供有益的参考。As a substitute product of wood-based man-made panels,straw boards meet the requirements of green energy conservation,and solves the needs of China s straw recycling and reduction of agricultural carbon emissions.In this paper,the research progress at home and abroad in the past 20 years were summarized and deducted,including the improvement of the ratio of straw board raw materials,the improvement of straw pretreatment,the improvement of the bonding strength of straw boards,the improvement of the pressing process of straw boards and the improvement of multiple processes.Improvement direction for the existing problems was put forward with the aim to provide useful reference for improving the physical properties of China s straw boards and reducing cost in practical applications.
