摘 要:随着城市化建设及人们环保意识的增强,我国城市园林绿地的面积不断增长。绿化已将成为美好生活环境中不可缺少的一个重要组成部分,公园里绿化树木的造型组成有成条状的低矮绿篱及圆球型、圆锥型、圆柱型、混合型绿篱,在人工进行造型修剪时仅凭直观大致操作工具,缺少参考对象,对于不同高度灌木的修剪,工作难度大,操作不够智能,设计一种林用灌木修剪机升降结构能够自动根据需要修剪的灌木高度进行竖直方向的调节,并对修剪机的关键部件机构进行了静力学分析,验证其结构具有足够的强度和刚度,满足设计要求。With the construction of urbanization and the enhancement of people s awareness of environmental protection,the area of urban garden green space in China is on the constant increase.Greening has become an indispensable and important part of a better living environment.The modeling composition of greening trees in the park:strip low hedgerow,ball type,cone type,cylindrical type and mixed type hedgerow.In the case of manual modeling and pruning,it only depends on intuitive and rough operating tools,with no reference objects.Pruning of shrubs of different heights involves great pruning difficulty and insufficient operation intelligence.A lifting structure of a forest shrub pruning machine was designed and it can automatically adjust the vertical direction based on the height of the shrubs to be pruned.A static analysis of the key components of the pruning machine was conducted to verify the strength and stiffness sufficiency of its structure to ensure it meets the design requirements.
