数字经济对创业活跃度的影响研究——基于省际面板数据和空间杜宾模型的实证分析

摘　　要：为了形成双循环的新发展格局,可通过提升创业活跃度培育经济发展新动能。本文基于数字经济基础设施、数字经济应用以及数字经济产出等三个层面构建数字经济指标体系;采用空间杜宾模型,实证研究2009-2018年全国30个省(市、自治区)数字经济对创业活跃度的空间溢出效应。研究发现:数字经济与创业活跃度在空间上显著正相关,说明数字经济发展对创业活跃度具有空间溢出效应。为了进一步提升区域创业活跃度,可考虑释放数字经济规模经济效应、调整政府财政支出方向、提升人力资本技能与质量以及提高经济体系的市场化程度和开放水平。In order to form a new development pattern of "dual circulation", we can cultivate new kinetic energy of economic development by improving entrepreneurial activity.This paper constructs a digital economy index system based on three levels: digital economy infrastructure, digital economy application and digital economy output;Using the spatial Dobbin model, this paper empirically studies the spatial spillover effect of digital economy on entrepreneurial activity in 30 provinces(cities and autonomous regions) from 2009 to 2018.It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between digital economy and entrepreneurial activity,indicating that the development of digital economy has a spatial spillover effect on entrepreneurial activity.In order to further enhance the activity of regional entrepreneurship, we can consider releasing the economies of scale effect of digital economy, adjusting the direction of government expenditure, improving the skills and quality of human capital, and improving the marketization and openness of the economic system.
