摘　　要：为了分析影响放射科住院医师影像诊断报告评核结果的相关因素,为完善住院医师培训体系和加强住院医师日常管理提供重要依据,通过回顾性分析日常工作时间段完成的放射科诊断报告,分析检查类别、报告提交时间、患者来源、撰写报告的住院医师级别与报告评核结果的相关性,结果发现,上/下午前、后半段X线平片报告评核不合格率的差异存在统计学意义,P值分别为0.023、0.004。住院医师级别、患者来源与评核结果有相关性。因此,在培训过程中,应将工作时间段和患者来源纳入考量范围,为不同级别住院医师分配不同难度的工作内容,完善螺旋上升模式的培养体系。This study is to explore the influencing factors affecting the evaluation results of the imaging diagnosis reports,to provide basis for improving our residential doctors’training system,and and to strengthen the daily supervision of residential doctors.The evaluation results of imaging diagnosis reports of the daily work in our department are retrospectively analyzed in this paper.The correlations between the examination type,the report submission time,the patient source,the level of residential doctors and the report evaluation results are analyzed.It is found that the proportion of unqualified reports is related to the report submission time,and higher proportion is found in the second half time of the working time in the morning and afternoon with the p value of 0.023 and 0.004 respectively.The level of residential doctors and the patient source are also found to be correlated with the report evaluation results.Therefore,in the training process,working hours and patient sources should be taken into account,and different work should be assigned to different residential doctors of different levels,so as to improve the training system of spiral model.
