摘　　要：学习型班级是以学生、教师、家长等各方面的共同愿景为基础,以扁平化的管理为组织框架,有着自主学习、相互合作的学习氛围,能培养学生自主学习、合作学习、系统学习的意识和能力的共同体。可以采取制定合理的准则体系、形成一定的思想基础、实行扁平化和民主管理、构建班级共同愿景、提倡个人的主动学习和自我超越、鼓励团队学习、创设学习共享平台等方式,建立学习型班级。Learning-oriented class is a community which is based on the common vision of students,teachers,parents,etc.,with flat management as the organizational framework,and has an atmosphere of continuous independent learning and mutual cooperative learning,and can cultivate students’awareness and ability of independent learning,cooperative learning and systematic learning.In the construction process,we can adopt a reasonable standard system,form a certain ideological basis,implement flat and democratic management,build a common vision of classes,promote individual active learning and self-transcendence,encourage team-based learning,and create a learning sharing platform.
