基于“五星教学模式”的课程思政教学探索——以“农产品贸易”为例

摘　　要：课程思政的教学目标属于情感态度类目标,需要与知识和技能目标不同的教学方法和教学设计。基于梅瑞尔提出的“五星教学模式”,从有效教学理念出发,提出了适应课程思政的“五星教学+1模式”。该模式将课程思政素材融入每个阶段,以达到形成或强化态度的目的。以“农产品贸易”课程为例,介绍了该模式在线上线下混合式教学中的应用。对学生的调查和考核结果表明,这种模式实现了专业教育和思想政治教育的同向同行,有效达成了课程教学的知识目标、技能目标和情感目标。The teaching objectives of“curriculum ideological and political education”are emotional and attitude objectives.They are different from the knowledge and skill objectives,so different teaching methods and teaching designs are needed.Based on the“5-star teaching model”proposed by M.David Merrill,and starting from the effective teaching concept,this paper puts forward the“5-star teaching+1 model”suitable for“curriculum ideological and political education”.This model integrates“curriculum ideological and political education”materials into each stage to achieve the purpose of forming or strengthening attitude education.The paper takes the Agricultural Trade course as an example to introduce the application of this model in online and offline mixed teaching.The results of investigation and evaluation show that this model has effectively achieved the objectives of professional education and ideological and political education,as well as the objectives of knowledge learning,skill training and value shaping.
