摘　　要：在把“立德树人”的教育理念融入专业知识授课中,基于专业知识发掘思想政治教育元素成为关键点。在调研生物相关专业课程思政元素的基础上,通过对“基因工程原理与技术”教学中的知识点进行梳理总结,挖掘和提炼出思想政治教育元素,设计了一章一主题的思想政治教育元素,将科学精神、工匠精神、情感元素、“疫情”精神、新科技和健康中国等思想政治教育元素与“基因工程原理与技术”的专业知识融合起来,激发学生的学习兴趣、创新性、责任感和使命感,将育人和育才有机结合。In the process of integrating the educational concept of“building morality and cultivating students”into professional knowledge teaching,exploring the elements of ideological and political education based on professional knowledge has become the key point.On the basis of investigating the ideological and political elements of Biology related professional courses,this paper combs and summarizes the knowledge points in the teaching of Principles and Technology of Genetic Engineering,excavates and refines the elements of ideological and political education,and designs the elements of ideological and political education chapter by chapter,which integrates the scientific spirit,craftsman spirit,emotional element,epidemic spirit and ideological and political education elements such as new science and technology and health China with the professional knowledge of Principles and Technology of Genetic Engineering,so as to stimulate students’learning interest,innovation,sense of responsibility and mission,and organically combine education and talent training.
