摘 要:目的评价负离子牙刷的菌斑清除效果。方法选择牙周健康志愿者40人,牙周洁治后停止刷牙48 h,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20人。对牙面进行菌斑染色后用Bass法刷牙3 min清除菌斑,试验组采用负离子牙刷,对照组采用传统牙刷,按照标准拍摄方法采集刷牙前后全口牙齿图片,图像分析得到菌斑宽度、面积和其占牙面面积百分比,用Turskey改良Quigley-Hein菌斑指数(TMQHPI)评价刷牙效果。结果刷牙前试验组和对照组平均TMQHPI分别为2.61±0.93和2.65±0.95,差异无显著性,刷牙后TMQHPI分别减少了1.62±1.14和1.46±1.17,P<0.05,试验组菌斑清除率显著高于对照组。分别对两组前后牙区的颊舌侧菌斑清除效果进行评价,结果显示试验组前牙及后牙舌侧刷牙后TMQHPI分别降低了1.23±0.93和0.98±0.75,显著高于对照组(分别为1.03±0.92和0.68±0.69,P<0.05)。两组其余部位刷牙前后TMQHPI降低无显著差异。结论负离子牙刷和传统牙刷均能显著清除牙面菌斑,负离子牙刷在刷牙难度较大的舌/腭侧区域具有更好的菌斑清除效果。Objective To evaluate the plaque removal efficacy of ionic toothbrush.Methods Forty periodontally healthy subjects were randomly assigned into test and control groups,20 in each group.After plaque staining,three-minute Bass brushing is applied for plaque removal.Ionic and traditional toothbrushes were used in the test and control groups respectively.Intraoral pictures before and after brushing collected for analysis.The plaque removal effect was evaluated by the Turskey modified Quigley&Hein plaque index(TMQHPI).Results The average TMQHPIs of the test group and the control group before brushing were 2.61±0.93 and 2.65±0.95,respectively.The difference is of no statistical significant.The TMQHPIs decreased by 1.62±1.14 and 1.46±1.17 respectively with P<0.05,i.e.,the TMQHPI was significantly higher in the test group than in the control group.The TMQHPIs at the lingual/palatal side decreased by 1.23±0.93 and 0.98±0.75,respectively,i.e.significantly higher value in the test group than those in the control group(1.03±0.92 and 0.68±0.69,respectively,P<0.05).No statistic significant differences was observed between the two groups at the buccal side.Conclusions Ionic as well as traditional toothbrush can significantly remove dental plaque.Ionic toothbrush removed plaque more effectively,and its advantages are mainly reflected in the lingual/palatal side where plaque is more difficult to be cleaned.
