摘 要:智能经济和智能金融日益成为各银行发展的战略目标,究其根源是人工智能技术与银行的深度融合发展。本研究以兴业银行为例,首先,通过案例研究挖掘人工智能技术应用对银行从业人员在工作内容、岗位能力要求和工资等方面产生的影响;然后,通过数据检验其影响程度。最终得出以下结论:一是人工智能应用对银行从业人员的工作内容变化有显著影响,人工智能应用程度每提高1个单位,工作内容变动0.288个单位;二是人工智能应用对从业人员工资和岗位能力要求影响不显著;三是,人工智能技术应用对银行从业人员工作的影响呈现出渐进性微调的特点。最后,依据人工智能对银行工作的影响效果提出培训复盘与智能测评并重,人工赋能与机器赋能同步,人才培养与人才激励兼顾等管理策略。Intelligent economy and intelligent finance have increasingly become the strategic goals for the development of banks.The root cause is the expansion and in-depth extension of the application of artificial intelligence technology in the banking field.This study takes Industrial Bank as an example.First,it uses case studies to explore the impact of artificial intelligence technology applications on bank employees in terms of job content,job capabilities,and wages;then,it uses data to test its impact.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the application of artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the changes in the work content of bank employees.For every increase in the level of artificial intelligence application,the work content changes by 0.288 units;second,the application of artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the wages of employees The impact of job ability requirements is not significant;third,the impact of the application of artificial intelligence technology on the work of bank employees shows the characteristics of gradual fine-tuning.Finally,based on the impact of artificial intelligence on the bank’s work,it proposes management strategies such as both training review and intelligent evaluation,artificial empowerment and machine empowerment,and both talent training and talent incentives.
