摘　　要：科研不仅是高校发展的核心动力,也是取得创新学术成果的重中之重,对于推动我国科技发展具有重大意义。高校的科研设计内容多、成果广泛,只有加强管理才能确保科研事业更好发展。在管理工作中有效应用信息技术有助于提升管理效率和管理质量。基于此,文章以高校科研管理为研究和探讨对象,就管理信息系统进行了分析并介绍了实现路径。Scientific research is not only the core driving force for the development of colleges and universities,but also the top priority for obtaining innovative academic achievements,which is of great significance for promoting the development of science and technology in my country.The scientific research design of colleges and universities has many contents and extensive achievements.Only by strengthening management can we ensure the better development of scientific research.The effective application of information technology in management work helps to improve management efficiency and management quality.Based on this,the article takes the scientific research management of colleges and universities as the research and discussion object,analyzes the management information system and introduces the realization path for reference.
