摘 要:目的 观察盐酸米诺环素软膏联合奥硝唑治疗牙周炎牙龈出血患者的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2019年2月至2021年2月本院收治的126例牙周炎牙龈出血患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法将其分为盐酸米诺环素软膏联合奥硝唑治疗组(联合治疗组,63例)和奥硝唑单独治疗组(单独治疗组,63例)。比较两组患者的牙周相关状态指标、血清炎症因子水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组患者的PD、PLI、TM、SBI、GI、CAL均显著低于治疗前,且联合治疗组显著低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著低于治疗前,且联合治疗组显著低于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于单独治疗组的80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸米诺环素软膏联合奥硝唑治疗牙周炎牙龈出血患者的临床效果较奥硝唑单独治疗更高,其还可以改善牙周相关状态指标,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ornidazole in the treatment of gingival bleeding in patients with periodontitis. Methods A total of 126 patients with periodontitis and gingival bleeding treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study objects. According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ornidazole treatment group(combined treatment group, 63 cases) and ornidazole alone treatment group(single treatment group, 63 cases). The periodontal related state indexes, levels of serum inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the PD, PLI, TM, SBI, GI and CAL of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the single treatment group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the single treatment group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than80.95% in the single treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ornidazole in the treatment of gingival bleeding in patients with periodontitis has higher clinical effect than that of ornidazole alone. It can also improve periodontal related status indexes and reduce inflammatory reaction, which is worthy of promotion.
