麦门冬汤加减对化疗期肺癌患者肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨麦门冬汤加减对化疗期肺癌患者肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月收治的112例肺癌患者为研究对象,按随机、双盲原则将其分成对照组和研究组,每组56例。对照组给予常规化疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予麦门冬汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗结束时的肿瘤标志物水平、生存质量、免疫功能指标及血常规指标。结果 治疗结束时,两组患者的CYFRA21-1、CEA、CA125、NSE水平均较治疗前显著降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,两组患者的生理状况、社交/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加的关注情况评分均改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,两组患者的CD3;、CD4;及IgG、IgA、IgM水平均较治疗前显著升高,CD8+较治疗前显著降低,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,研究组的血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞计数、血小板计数高于对照组和治疗前,中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值低于对照组和治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 麦门冬汤加减能提升化疗期肺癌患者的免疫功能,增强抗肿瘤效果,从而改善其生存质量。Objective To explore the effects of modified Maimendong decoction on tumor markers levels, immune function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 112 patients with lung cancer treated from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the principle of random and double-blind, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy, and the study group was treated with modified Maimendong decoction on the basis of the control group. The levels of tumor markers, quality of life, immune function indexes and routine blood test indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and at the end of treatment. Results At the end of treatment, the levels of CYFRA21-1, CEA, CA125 and NSE in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, those in the study group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). At the end of treatment, the scores of physiological status, social/family status,emotional status, functional status and additional attention of the two groups improved, those of the study group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At the end of treatment, CD3;,CD4;, levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, CD8;was significantly lower than that before treatment, those in the study group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At the end of treatment, the hemoglobin level, red blood cell count,white blood cell count, absolute value of neutrophil, lymphocyte count and platelet count in the study group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment, the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio was lower than that in the control group and before treatment, and the differences were statistically signi
