摘 要:随着产业技术变革的深入,企业内部知识不足以维系其生存和发展,获取外部知识愈加重要。供应商交互为企业提供了获取供应商知识的有效渠道,有利于企业的持续发展。已有研究对供应商交互、创新双元与企业绩效关系的深入探究尚显不足。创新双元在一些研究中被视为衔接组织活动与企业绩效的中间过程,跨部门协调作为企业内知识共享的重要组织机制,对供应商知识的利用和加工具有不可忽视的影响。因此,探讨供应商交互、创新双元与企业绩效的内在机理以及跨部门协调的调节效应,具有重要的理论和实践意义。从创新价值链视角出发,研究供应商交互与企业绩效之间的关系以及创新双元的中介作用。供应商交互使企业获取更多数量、更多样的知识要素,通过对供应商知识要素的利用,直接促进企业绩效;通过改进和创建知识整合机制,形成与供应商知识要素相匹配的知识架构,实现对供应商知识有效率且有效果的加工,从而通过创新双元间接促进企业绩效。基于吸收能力和非我所创综合症,通过分析跨部门协调对供应商知识利用和加工机会、能力和动机的影响,探究跨部门协调对供应商交互与企业绩效、供应商交互与创新双元以及创新双元与企业绩效关系的调节作用。运用Spss的Process和Amos对144家港资制造企业的问卷数据进行回归分析和验证性因子分析。研究结果表明,供应商交互对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响,供应商交互对创新双元具有显著的正向影响,创新双元在供应商交互与企业绩效之间起中介作用,跨部门协调负向调节供应商交互与企业绩效之间的关系、负向调节供应商交互与创新双元之间的关系、正向调节创新双元与企业绩效之间的关系。供应商交互通过创新双元对企业绩效产生间接影响,揭示了供应商交互作用于企业绩效的内�With the deepening of industrial technology revolution,internal knowledge is no longer enough to support firms’survival and prosperity,making external knowledge acquisition increasingly important.Buyer-supplier interaction offers an effective conduit for focal firms to acquire supplier knowledge,which is beneficial for firms’sustainable development.Extant studies have analyzed the direct effects of buyer-supplier interaction on innovation ambidexterity and firm performance.However,more intensive research about the relationships among buyer-supplier interaction,innovation ambidexterity and firm performance is stilled thin on the ground.Innovation ambidexterity is taken by some extant studies as the intermediary process between organizational activities and firm performance.Additionally,interfunctional coordination,as an important organizational mechanism of knowledge sharing within a firm,has considerable influence on the utilization and processing of supplier knowledge.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the inner mechanisms among buyer-supplier interaction,innovation ambidexterity,and firm performance,and the moderating effects of interfunctional coordination.From the lens of innovation value chain,this study examines the relationship between buyer-supplier interaction and firm performance and the mediating role of innovation ambidexterity.Specifically,buyer-supplier interaction makes the focal firms acquire more numerous and various supplier knowledge components.For one thing,firms can utilize supplier knowledge components,promoting firm performance directly.For another,firms can revise and create knowledge integration mechanisms to form knowledge architectures being matched with supplier knowledge components.This can further lead to efficient and effective supplier knowledge processing,promoting firm performance indirectly via innovation ambidexterity.Moreover,based on both absorptive capacity and not invented here syndrome,this study analyzes the influence of interfu
