摘  要:由于地质环境的复杂性和对盾构法隧道适应性研究的缺乏,在复杂地层的沿海地区修建隧道比较困难,因盾构选型不当导致盾构掘进过程中停机、掘进困难等不适应现象时有发生。复杂地质条件下盾构在施工时往往面临着众多不确定因素的影响,难以进行有效和定量的评价。基于此,提出一种基于模糊综合评价模型和层次分析法(AHP)的盾构隧道适应性评价方法。在综合分析滨海复杂地层条件下盾构选型适应性影响因素的基础上,选取能够充分反映地质适应性差异、具有代表性和区分度高的5个评价指标,构建盾构选型适应性评价指标体系。并引入改进遗传算法(IGA)及AHP(IGA-AHP)确定评价指标的层次单排序权重和层次总排序权重,克服了AHP在一致性检验方面的缺陷。采用模糊数学构建各个评价指标的隶属函数,得到盾构选型的隶属度矩阵,并最终确定滨海复杂地层条件下盾构选型适应性模糊综合评价模型。以厦门市轨道交通4号线彭厝北站~蔡厝站区间为例,对所构建的盾构选型适应性模糊综合评价模型的合理性与准确性进行验证。评价结果符合实际情况,能为今后类似地层的盾构选型提供一定的借鉴和参考。Due to the complexity of the geological environment and the lack of research on the adaptability of shield tunnel,it is difficult to build a tunnel in the coastal area of complex stratum.Duetothe improper selection of shield,unadaptive phenomena such as shutdown and hardtunneling occur from time to time.Under complex geological conditions,shield construction often faces the influence of many uncertain factors,which is difficult to carry out effective and quantitative evaluation.Based on this,a shield tunnel adaptability evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was proposed.Firstly,based on the comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of shield type selection adaptability under the condition of coastal complex stratum,five evaluation indexes that can fully reflect the difference of geological adaptability,representative and high discrimination were selected,and the evaluation index system of shield type selection adaptability was constructed.The improved genetic algorithm(IGA)and AHP(IGA-AHP)were introduced to determine the hierarchical single ranking weight and hierarchical total ranking weight of the evaluation index,which overcame the defects of AHP in consistency test.Secondly,the membership function of each evaluation index was constructed by fuzzy mathematics,the membership matrix of shield selection was obtained,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of shield selection adaptability under the condition of coastal complex stratum was determined.Finally,taking the section from Pengcuo north station to Caicuo station of Xiamen rail transit line 4 as an example,the rationality and accuracy of the constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for shield selection adaptability were verified.The evaluation results are in line with the actual situation,which provides a certain reference for shield selection in similar strata in the future.
