摘　　要：通过归纳广东省中医院在志愿服务管理方面的探索,提出了将志愿服务与中医药文化推广、医院文化建设和青年文明号创建活动相结合,具有组织化、制度化、规范化和数字化的医院志愿服务管理模式。Summarizing the exploration of voluntary service management in Guangdong Hospital of Chinese Medicine,this paper puts forward a hospital voluntary service management model with organization,institutionalization,standardization and digitization,by combining voluntary service with traditional Chinese medicine culture promotion,hospital culture construction and youth civilization building activities.
