高校与附属医院党建联动模式的实践研究

摘　　要：人民对更高质量医疗卫生服务供给的需求与“健康中国”战略的实施,迫切需要高校与附属医院加强党建合作,以党建为引领促进院校双方在教学、科研等领域的深度融合。笔者通过调研分析高校与附属医院党建联动的现状及问题,以华东师范大学与两家附属医院为实践试点,探讨高校与附属医院党建联动模式的可行性路径,为高校进一步加强与附属医院的高水平党建联动提供可参考的样本。People’s demand for higher quality medical and health service supply and the implementation of“Healthy China”strategy urgently require universities and affiliated hospitals to strengthen party construction cooperation and promote the deep integration of the two sides in teaching,scientific research and other fields with party construction as the guide.Through investigation and analysis of the current situation and problems of the party construction cooperation between universities and affiliated hospitals,this paper takes East China Normal University and two affiliated hospitals as the practical pilot to explore the feasibility path of the party construction cooperation model between universities and affiliated hospitals,so as to provide reference samples for universities to further strengthen the high-level party construction cooperation with affiliated hospitals.
