摘  要:目的通过调查住院患者与家属、护士与护长对医院护工工作的满意度,医院护工对工作现状的满意度,探讨医院护工管理的方法。方法采取简单随机抽样方法,对广州市某三级甲等医院2385例住院患者与家属、501名护士与护长进行护工工作满意度调查,对162名护工进行工作满意度问卷调查。结果住院患者与家属对护工工作满意度总得分为(1.53±0.67)分,居于较高水平;护士与护长对护工工作满意度总得分为(1.90±0.70)分;护工对医院工作环境与人际关系满意度最高,而对于工作收入的满意度最低。结论制订护工分级服务内容与收费标准,建立陪护服质量评价与培训体系,能有效地落实陪护服务内容,保障服务质量。Objective Through the survey of job satisfaction of hospital nurses and nurses of inpatients and their family members,and the current situation of job satisfaction of hospital nurses,the management methods of hospital nurses were discussed.Methods A simple random sampling method was adopted to investigate the job satisfaction of 2385 inpatients and their families,501 nurses and nurses in a hospital of Guangzhou.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 162 nursing workers.Results The overall score of inpatients’and their families’satisfaction with nursing workers’work was(1.53±0.67),which was at a higher level;The overall score of nurses’and nurses’satisfaction with nurses’work was(1.90±0.70).Nursing workers were most satisfied with hospital working environment and interpersonal relationship,and least satisfied with work income.Conclusion Formulate grading service content and charging standard for nursing workers,and establish quality evaluation and training system for escort clothing.It can effectively implement the content of escort service and guarantee the quality of service.
