摘  要:公司2号生产线回转窑长期不能自由上下窜动,导致墩托轮表面磨损严重,加剧了轮带与垫板挡铁之间的磨损,需要对托轮进行调整。调整前,对采集的各组托轮数据进行分析,确定托轮调整方案;调整过程中,记录百分表数值和各组托轮温度变化情况,每次调整量≯0.1mm。调整后,回转窑各组托轮衬瓦温度稳定,轮带、托轮及大小齿轮啮合运行情况正常,回转窑能够自由上下窜动。The rotary kiln of our company's No.2 production line had not been able to bounce up and down freely for a long time,resulting in serious wear on the surface of the pier supporting wheel,aggravating the wear between the wheel belt and the backing plate retaining iron,so the supporting wheel needs to be adjusted.Before adjustment,the collected data of each group of supporting rollers was analyzed to determine the adjustment scheme of supporting rollers;during the adjustment,the value of the dial indicator and the temperature change of each group of supporting rollers was recorded,and the amount of each adjustment was≯0.1mm.After adjustment,the temperature of each supporting wheel of the rotary kiln is stable,the meshing operation of the wheel belt,supporting wheel and large and small gears is normal,and the rotary kiln can bounce up and down freely.
