摘　　要：早期子宫内膜癌的治疗以手术治疗为主,以放化疗和激素治疗为辅。机器人辅助腹腔镜手术与开腹手术及传统腹腔镜手术相比,具有更高清的视野、更精准稳定的操作器械和更短的学习曲线,促进了微创技术在子宫内膜癌手术中的应用。淋巴结转移状态是子宫内膜癌的主要预后因素及辅助治疗的标准。前哨淋巴结(SLN)的检测对评估早期子宫内膜癌的淋巴结转移状态具有重要作用,但SLN检测能否替代早期子宫内膜癌的全面盆腔淋巴结清扫术仍需进一步研究。在SLN检测技术中使用何种示踪剂标记SLN、如何提高SLN检出率和灵敏性等是目前亟待研究的课题。基于此,本研究分析阐述达芬奇机器人手术系统在早期子宫内膜癌SLN检测中的优势,以期为子宫内膜癌手术治疗提供参考。The main treatment of early endometrial cancer was surgery,supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy and hormone therapy.Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery offered more high-definition view,more accurate and stable operating instruments,and shorter learning curves than open surgery and traditional laparoscopic surgery,which promoted the application of minimally invasive technique in endometrial cancer surgery.Lymph node metastatic status was the major prognostic factor and standard of adjuvant therapy in endometrial cancer.Sentinel lymph node(SLN) detection played an important role in the assessment of lymph node metastasis status in early-stage endometrial cancer,but whether SLN detection could replace pelvic lymphadenectomy in early-stage endometrial cancer needed further study.The problems of what kind of tracer to use to label SLN in SLN detection techniques and how to improve the detection rate and sensitivity of SLN were needed to be researched urgently.The advantages of the Da Vinci robotic surgery system in the sentinel lymph node detection in early endometrial cancer were analyzed and discussed,in order to provide reference for the surgical treatment of endometrial cancer.
