二维椭圆零件排样问题研究

摘　　要：文章通过分析、确定决策变量和约束条件,建立最优化的排布模型、矩形排布模型和整数规划模型等,对零件最优切割方案进行分析与研究。结合当前现有研究,参考一种圆的密排结构以及在仿射坐标系下的变换提出椭圆的密排结构,并对椭圆工业零件最优切割方案进行设计。In this paper, through analysis, decision variables and constraints are determined, and the optimal layout model,rectangular layout model and integer programming model are established, and the optimal cutting scheme of parts is analyzed and studied. Combined with the current research, referring to the tight structure of a circle and the transformation in the affine coordinate system, the tight structure of the ellipse is put forward, and the optimal cutting scheme of the elliptical industrial parts is designed.
