摘 要:DC-DC电源模块使用寿命长、应用范围广,其内部结构复杂,器件种类繁多,对其进行寿命评估的方法也十分丰富。目前针对DC-DC电源模块进行寿命评估的方法可以分为两大类:针对薄弱环节的寿命评估方法和其它类型的寿命评估方法。对常见的寿命评估方法进行了简要的总结和概括,梳理了CETRM法、温度循环强化应力法、基于分布间距的PHM寿命评估法、虚拟可靠性评估法和虚拟鉴定法等方法的操作流程,针对各方法需要的时长、成本、数据量进行了分析,总结了各种方法的优缺点供研究人员参考,研究成果可用于现有DC-DC电源模块寿命评估工作之中。DC-DC power module has a long service life and wide application scope.Its internal structure is complex,and its devices are various.Its life assessment methods are also very rich.Currently,there are two types of life assessment methods for DC-DC power modules:weak-link life assessment methods and other methods.The common methods of life assessment were briefly summarized and generalized.The technical process of CETRM method,temperature cycling stress enhancement method,PHM life assessment method based on distribution distance,virtual reliability evaluation method and virtual identification method were summarized.For each method,the length of time,the amount of data and the cost were analyzed.The advantages and disadvantage of each method could provide reference for other researchers.The conclusion could be applied to the life assessment DC-DC power modules in existence.
