复方铝酸铋片结合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果及对复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复方铝酸铋片结合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果及对复发率的影响。方法选取我院2019年10月至2021年2月收治的120例慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法将其分为对照组(60例,奥美拉唑)和研究组(60例,复方铝酸铋片^(+)奥美拉唑)。比较两组患者的胃肠激素、炎症介质水平、免疫功能指标、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果治疗后,研究组的胃动素水平高于对照组,胃泌素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的核转录因子(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方铝酸铋片结合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果显著,可改善胃肠激素水平,减轻机体的炎症反应,增强免疫功能,降低复发率。Objective To analyze the effect of compound bismuth aluminate tablets combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and its influence on recurrence rate.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic superficial gastritis treated in our hospital from October 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(60 cases,omeprazole)and study group(60 cases,compound bismuth aluminate tablets^(+)omeprazole)by computer blind selection.The gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory mediators levels,immune function indexes,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of motilin in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of gastrin was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nuclear transcription factor(NF-κB),interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound bismuth aluminate tablets combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis has a significant effect,it can improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,reduce the body's inflammatory response,enhance the immune function,and reduce the recurrence rate.
