摘　　要：社区矫正检察监督,既是权力制约的内在逻辑,又是社区矫正对象权利救济的公正督促。当下,社区矫正检察监督存在法律依据空泛、监督定位模糊、信息获取滞后、监督缺乏刚性等问题,导致检察监督成效不彰,损害了检察监督的权威性和严肃性。秉持客观公正立场,通过明晰监督功能定位与监督对象,加快立法进程,搭建全国统一的社区矫正信息共享平台,建立检察监督纠错机制,延伸派驻检察等途径予以优化社区矫正检察监督。The procuratorial supervision of community correction is not only the internal logic of power restric⁃tion,but also the fair supervision of the right relief of the object of community correction.At present,there are some problems in the procuratorial supervision of community correction,such as vague legal basis,vague su⁃pervision positioning,lagging information acquisition,lack of rigidity of supervision and so on,which lead to the poor effectiveness of procuratorial supervision and damage the authority and seriousness of procuratorial supervision.To improve the procuratorial supervision of community correction,one must adhere to the“objec⁃tive and fair position”,speed up the legislative process by clarifying the positioning of supervision function and supervision object,build a national unified community correction information sharing platform,establish a procuratorial supervision and error correction mechanism,and extend the stationed procurators to optimize the procuratorial supervision of community correction.
