摘　　要：非洲经济基础和技术力量相对薄弱,基础建设十分落后,是中国未来最具潜力的建筑市场。只要在海外开展施工项目,就必须要面对管理机械设施这个重大问题。并以科学的设备管理条件和成本控制,其对施工工期、项目投入技术有严格的限制。Africa's economic foundation and technological strength are relatively weak,and its infrastructure is very backward.It is the most potential construction market in China in the future.As long as construction projects are carried out overseas,the major problem of managing mechanical facilities must be faced.And with scientific equipment management conditions and cost control,it has strict restrictions on the construction period and project investment technology.
